CW-UT is a rewinder to unfold HDPE or LDPE tubular film roll to large single sheet film roll by use of a reverse triangle folder device at maximum line speed 80 meter/min. These large plastic single sheet films are suitable for use in agricultural and construction fields as well as furniture protective cover.

- Banana rollers at rewinder to make rewinded sheet rolls with less folds and creases.
- Digital meter counter with preset and controlled by meter counting roller device.
- Dancing rollers at rewinder for continuous stable tension of film by servo motor.
- Rewinder uses servo motor for fast stable speed and high quality rewinding.
- Hydraulic cylinders for up and down of rewinding stand for single sheet film rolls.
- Rewinding is done with direct drive by servo motor and full automatic tension control.
- Paper core width on rewinder is controlled by ball slides, screws and spring applied mechanical chucks on two sides instead of whole piece of long and heavy shaft.
