CW-4FK is for 1 line printed or non-printed bottom sealed bags with 4 times folding, first 2 times folding of bag's length and last 2 times folding of bag's width at maximum speed 80 bags/min.

Machine Features:

• Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

• Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

• Dancing rollers with automatic tension control by AC motors with Japan made YASKAWA inverters for stable rolls unwinding and films back feeding.

• One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Three sets servo motors with servo drives for first 2 times folding of bag's length, third time folding of bag's width and last time folding of bag's width is by air cylinder.

• Servo controlled flying knife system for fast and stable cutting quality with easy replacement of blades.

• Impulse wire down sealing for thick bags.

• Two touch screens, one for bag's length and production speed on main machine, another one for timing parameters and quantity per stack on folding unit.

• One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.

• Automatic conveyor device for collecting finished bags.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
