CWSY is a widely used rewinder with triangle folding device at maximum line speed 125 meter/min to convert single sheet CPP, OPP, BOPP, HDPE and LDPE film rolls to double layers folded film rolls with one side open to produce side sealed bags with or without flap.
After folding, it is strongly recommended to leave the folded rolls idle for few days before using them or else immediate use of the newly folded rolls will have their edges pop out after sealing and cutting as the edges are not stable yet, especially for side sealed bags.
