Fully Automatic 2 Lines Bottom Sealing Bag Making Machine with In-line 2 Foldings Unit


CWA+2F is for 2 individual lines non-printed bottom sealed bags with 2 times folding of bag's length at maximum speed 160 bags/min.

Machine Features:

  • One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag’s length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

  • Two sets servo motors with servo drives for 2 times folding of bag's length.

  • Two touch screens, one for bag's length and production speed on main machine, another one for timing parameters and quantity per stack on folding unit.

  • Individual back feeding devices for stable tension of plastic films.

  • Automatic conveyor device for collecting finished bags.

  • Machine stops automatically when:

    1. Bags jammed.

    2. Film is finished or broken.

    3. Temperature below the setting.
